Role: Infrastructure/Security Analyst

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or master degree in computer science or related eld.
  • Azure / AWS Certified.
  • CEH/CISA Certified.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience 5-8 Years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Flexible, teammate, get-it-done personality.
  • Experience with firewall, VPN, proxies, routers, and switches.
  • Hands on experience with virtualization/Hyperconverged infrastructure.
  • Experience of working with distributed IT infrastructure, networking and application environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of networking technology, e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and NAT, routing protocols, and packet capture/analysis.
  • General understanding of best practices for information security and data privacy.
  • Experience managing and/or supporting a Microsoft Windows & Linux environment.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure/Security Analyst is responsible for the service delivery and ongoing support of products/services, applications, network systems and overall solutions. Performs tasks including, but not limited to, systems software upgrades, server configurations and security monitoring. Maintains software and hardware inventories. Work closely with L1 & L2 Support team to resolve any escalated issues. Performs recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitors batch processes.

  • Perform operational support of IT Infrastructure technology.
  • Ensure integrity and security of company data by performing daily backup checks and updating information security tasks related to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning.
  • Perform analysis and resolve problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels.
  • Complete project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
  • Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
  • With limited supervision, be able to identify, report, document, and assist in resolving security vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor, manage, and administer core security related applications.
  • Conducting vulnerability risk assessments for risk adjustment requests.
